Are you an experienced swimming teacher with a passion for delivering outstanding swimming programmes and leading high-performing teams? Bradfield College is seeking a proactive and organised Swimming Lesson Manager to oversee and develop our thriving swimming lesson programme across both Bradfield College Sports Complex and St Andrew's School Sports Centre, Pangbourne.
As Swimming Lesson Manager, you will lead the planning, organisation and delivery of our swimming lesson programme, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, safety and customer service. You will manage a team of Swimming Teachers and Swimming Lesson Assistants, oversee programme administration, and play a key role in growing participation and developing new swimming initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining operational management, team leadership, customer engagement and programme development within a vibrant sporting environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional standards. You will hold a Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification and will have a minimum of 3 years swimming teaching experience.
