Foremans Packaging is a well established manufacturer, with an enviable reputation for quality and service. Based in Chelmsford for 150 years, we are suppliers to key manufacturers of medical, military and the aerospace industry.
We are looking for a production operator to join the team helping us manufacture packaging items using materials like corrugated, wood and foam. You must be used to working in a factory environment and have experience of running a machine

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cutting up sheets to exact sizes
- Assisting with packaging assembly
- Helping run machines
- Measuring accurately
- General factory duties as required
- Working to health and safety standards
Skills, Knowledge, Experience:
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Previous factory/production experience
- Able to complete manual handling tasks
- Must be a team player
- Some lifting is required.
39 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm (3.30pm finish on Fri)
