We are seeking a motivated CSCS card cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness standards on construction sites by performing commercial cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will have janitorial experience and hold a valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while contributing to a safe and tidy work environment.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of construction site areas, including floors, surfaces, and designated work zones
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times, including wearing necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Maintain cleanliness of site facilities such as toilets, break areas, and storage spaces
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with site policies
- Report any hazards or maintenance issues to site management promptly
- Support team efforts to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the project duration
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably on construction sites
- Valid CSCS card demonstrating compliance with industry safety standards
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and reliability in adhering to schedules
