Duties
- Perform commercial cleaning duties across various areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies to sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect surfaces, and empty bins effectively
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistent quality throughout your shift
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to supervisors to ensure swift resolution
- Maintain a tidy storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, adhering to safety guidelines at all times
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes while maintaining attention to detail
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to support overall facility upkeep
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment confidently
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
