Standby Healthcare are recruiting for a Support Coordinator in Blackpool, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established charity organisation supporting Adults with Learning disabilities. Due to company growth, they are expanding their fantastic team who are dedicated to providing support their residents and provide the best care. You will have support from an experienced senior management team.

Role responsibilities:
- Enable clients to lead fulfilling, valued lives, maintain tenancies, and participate in the local community
- Deliver support using a ‘can‑do’ approach, promoting independence, engagement, and meaningful activity.
- Provide staff with coaching, personal support, supervision, both informal and formal.
- Use strong skills in needs assessment and proactive risk management to create effective support plans
- Take additional responsibilities such as rota management, staff induction, and staff supervision
- Provide direct support to individuals with learning disabilities in supported living settings
- Participate in the local On‑Call rota
To be successful you will:
- Previous experience within learning disabilities and mental health
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
