We are looking for a proactive and organised Temporary Candidate Manager / Resourcer to support our busy Business Support and HR team during a period of high job volume.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll play a key part in sourcing candidates, managing vacancies, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting
- Conduct candidate registrations and ensure full compliance with regulations
- Carry out right-to-work checks, reference checks, and qualification verification
- Provide CV advice and ensure candidates are presented professionally
- Create job adverts and social media content to attract talent
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the database
- Build strong relationships with candidates and act as their main point of contact
- Check in regularly with temporary workers to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with Business Development Consultants to build a strong pipeline of candidates
- Identify and pass on potential leads to the sales team
- Consistently meet activity and performance targets
