Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, trimming, mowing, and general yard care to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively for various construction and maintenance activities
- Support excavation work using equipment like excavators or manual tools to prepare sites for development or landscaping projects
- Perform routine maintenance on tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal operation and safety standards are met
- Help install irrigation systems, garden beds, fencing, and other landscape features with precision and care
- Follow safety protocols consistently while working on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and horticultural practices is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge or experience operating small machinery such as excavators or power tools is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with irrigation systems installation or general site maintenance will set you apart
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail
