Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production/Mixing Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating various machinery and equipment within a fast-paced environment, ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly or warehouse settings and a desire to develop their skills within a dynamic organisation committed to quality and safety.
Duties
- Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily output targets
- Lid, Label and pack products
- Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as required
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to uphold health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow efficiency
- Complete relevant documentation accurately for each shift
- Assist with weighing and mixing of raw materials
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environment is preferred
- Experience in assembly processes is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record keeping and documentation purposes
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
