Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cladding Supervisor to lead and oversee the installation of exterior cladding systems on large-scale construction projects. Duties
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the cladding installation team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align schedules, resources, and workflows for seamless project execution
- Monitor progress against project timelines using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software; adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality requirements
- Provide clear guidance and supervision on technical procedures related to cladding materials, fixing methods, and installation techniques
- Manage workforce logistics including task delegation, training needs, and performance evaluations
- Maintain detailed records of work activities, safety incidents, and project milestones for reporting purposes
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising cladding or façade installation teams on large construction projects
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or comparable project scheduling tools for planning and tracking progress
- Demonstrated supervising experience in a fast-paced construction environment
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and quality assurance standards related to cladding systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
