Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and communal spaces, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to achieve optimal results
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with hygiene standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines while remaining flexible to additional tasks as required
- Support team members in special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks to uphold cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with team members
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift materials, and stand for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
