We're a beautiful 21-bedded nursing home with a big heart and an even bigger ambition.

Now we're looking for a dynamic Registered Manager (RGN/RMN) to help write the next chapter of our story.
Who We're Looking For
We're not searching for a caretaker.

Someone who can walk through the door, hit the ground running, think on their feet, and lead with confidence, compassion and vision.
You'll be:
- Nurse qualified (RGN or RMN)
- Experienced in managing nursing services and regulatory compliance
- Passionate about delivering exceptional resident outcomes
- Comfortable leading in a digital world and embracing technology-driven care solutions
- A forward-thinking innovator who can drive positive change and transformation
- A people person who builds trust, develops teams and creates a culture of excellence
What You'll Be Doing Leading from the Front
- Inspiring and supporting an outstanding clinical and care team
- Creating a positive, empowering workplace culture
- Driving performance whilst maintaining exceptional standards of care
Delivering Outstanding Care
- Ensuring safe, effective, responsive and person-centred services
- Overseeing clinical governance, medication management and quality assurance
- Supporting residents living with complex nursing needs, dementia and long-term conditions
Driving Innovation
- Championing digital systems and modern ways of working
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and service development
- Embedding best practice and continuous learning throughout the home
Building Relationships
- Maintaining excellent relationships with CQC, Local Authorities, CHC teams and healthcare partners
- Supporting families through open, honest communication
- Acting as an ambassador for the home within the local community
