Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Maintain an organised and tidy shop environment.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
- Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (or other languages) to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations.
Requirements
- Proven time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable.
- Experience in upselling or sales is an advantage.
- Organisational skills to maintain shop standards and manage stock effectively.
