Key Details
- Pay: £14.80-£15.50 per hour, depending on experience and quality of work
- Location: Enfield, EN1 1GR (Manufacturing Facility)
- Shift Pattern: We have two shift slots. All employees are rota'd for a mixture of the two slots.
- Early Slot = 6am-3pm
- Late Slot = 2pm-11pm
- It will normally be 4-5 shifts per week, including one weekend day (extra shifts may be available if the person wants, but 4 days is the minimum)
- Anyone working for us needs to be able to arrive at the factory in time for 6am (when the early shift starts), and be able to get back home when finishing at 11pm (when the late shift ends). Employees can state a preference for AM/PM, but this can't be guaranteed.

- Experience: Proven experience in food production or a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
- Physical Fitness: You must be comfortable standing for long periods and performing lifting throughout a shift.

The Role
Working at our Enfield facility, you will be a vital part of the team ensuring our frozen snacks are produced to the highest standards. Your responsibilities include:
- Machinery: Operating our chocolate enrobing line and confectionery equipment.
- Preparation: Preparing and portioning ingredients according to precise recipes.
- Quality Control: Performing checks on weight, temperature, and appearance to maintain our premium standards.
- Compliance: Accurately completing production logs for food safety and traceability.
- Hygiene: Maintaining a clean, contamination-free workspace and adhering to all health and safety/PPE regulations.

Desirable Skills
- Specific experience with food production machinery.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn.
Having experience as a food production line operator is ideal. But we also often find that individuals with experience as a Kitchen Porter or Commie Chef/Line Chef can adjust well to our role, as they are used to working around food and the pace of work needed.
