We are currently recruiting for a Planning consultant to join a well-established organisation based in Cornwall. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a variety of planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on planning policy and applications.
- Liaise effectively with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit planning applications and supporting documentation.
- Mentor junior team members where appropriate.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a planning-related role.
- Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) or working towards Chartership.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
