About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Carer to join our team on a part-time basis, with full-time hours available for the right candidate as our complex care caseload develops.
Current hours
Morning and evening care calls, with some gaps during the day.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care to service users in line with their individual care plans
- Support with mobility, personal hygiene, medication, and daily living tasks
- Build strong, trusted relationships with the people you support, delivering care with dignity and respect
- Accurately record care delivered using our care management system
- Escalate any changes in a service user's condition or wellbeing promptly to the office
- Support service users with complex care needs, which may include PEG feeding, catheter care, stoma care, and support for people with neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson's, or acquired brain injury
- Mentor and support other care staff as required
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a senior or experienced carer, with exposure to complex care needs
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Confident, compassionate, and reliable, with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in the community
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
