Role Details:
· Location: Office-based, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
· Employment Type: Part-time (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–2:45pm; 26.25 hrs/week). Maternity cover, with potential to become permanent.
· Start Date: Immediate
Salary & Benefits:
· Salary: Up to £29,000 FTE (£19,031 actual per annum, depending on experience)
· Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays (pro-rata)

Role Overview
We are looking for an organised, proactive professional to keep our daily operations running smoothly. As Office Administrator, you will provide essential coordination across our head office and site teams. This fast-paced role suits a "safe pair of hands" with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Office & Administration
· Manage daily office operations, calls, emails and correspondence
· Coordinate post, invoices and project documentation
· Maintain office supplies, equipment and organisation
· Provide general administrative support to management and site teams
Project & Site Support
· Set up and manage project files and documentation
· Support tender processes and subcontractor enquiries
· Assist with purchase orders
· Coordinate site logistics, including accommodation
· Maintain document control (drawings, revisions, compliance records)
HR and Health & Safety Compliance
· Coordinate training and manage annual leave records
· Monitor subcontractor insurance and compliance documentation
· Maintain employee records, training logs and certifications
General Duties
· Support company events and activities
· Maintain personal protective equipment, branded materials and office supplies
· Provide ad hoc support as required
Key Skills & Requirements
· Proven office administration experience (construction industry experience preferred).
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
· Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
