This role will take responsibility for key support activities across both hardware and software products. It is hands-on, and will involve working with the development teams, and focusing on improving the support experience for customers and internal users. You will be acting as the link between customer support and Engineering.
Validating technical issues, supporting ongoing testing, and contributing to user-facing documentations that enhances product clarity and usability, will be key requirements of the role.
Key Responsibilities
· Support Ownership
Manage technical support cases, identify recurring issues, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of support processes. Working directly with customers to understand technical problems and help resolve them
Hands-On Troubleshooting
Working with Engineering/Product teams to diagnose and resolve issues. Reproduce and investigate bugs using real hardware and software configurations and provide clear reports to engineering for resolution.
Use of Technical Tools
Apply working knowledge of cURL, HTML, and CSS tools to assist with debugging, API testing, and resolving web-based issues.
Create and Maintain Documentation
Write user guides, support articles, and technical documentation to assist both internal teams and external users.
Assist with Engineering Testing
Support the engineering team with product testing, diagnostics, and quality assurance tasks during development cycles. Identify trends and recurring issues and feed insights back into Engineering and Product teams to improve the product and customer experience.
Some of the issue you will help to resolve could be:

· USB/device behaviour
· APIs and web-based issues
· Software configuration
· Firmware/software interactions
· Reproducing customer environments
· Diagnosing whether an issue is hardware, software or configuration-related
Skills and experience
· Technical support or engineering support role.
· Practical understanding of hardware/software integration and system troubleshooting.
· Basic coding or scripting familiarity (e.g. cURL, HTML, CSS).
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
· Excellent written communication skills for creating support documentation.
Additional optional requirements
· Working across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
· Relevant technical qualification would be advantageous.
· USB device behaviour and power delivery troubleshooting.
· MDM tools or device provisioning processes (e.g. Apple Configurator).
