We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to provide holiday cover for 6 weeks This role is ideal for individuals with experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services who are available to work during holiday periods. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a professional environment.

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including offices, restrooms, and communal areas
- Ensure all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are cleaned to the company's quality standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll as needed
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times during cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning tasks
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail throughout the shift
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to working hours during holiday periods
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
