What you'll be doing...
You will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations, working closely with chefs and Food and Beverage staff to ensure the smooth running of our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a passion for food and hospitality to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
We believe a healthy work-life balance is important, which is why this role operates with no split shifts. You'll work a mixture of morning and evening shifts, allowing you to focus on delivering great food while maintaining balance outside of work.
Responsibilities of a Chef will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Ensuring all food is stored correctly and maintaining stock levels.
- Supporting chefs in plating and garnishing dishes to maintain high presentation standards.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.
- Performing basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing.
- Following all hygiene and food safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Working efficiently as part of a team to maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy service times.

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required – if you’re eager to learn, we’ll train you up!
