Level 2 Swimming Instructor (Self-Employed) – Wrotham

Collette’s Swim School is a friendly, family-focused swim school that continues to grow year after year. We teach swimmers from 3 months old through to adults, offering high-quality lessons in small groups of up to four swimmers or on a one-to-one basis across our three venues.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Level 2 Swimming Instructors to join our team in Wrotham in September 2026.
Available Shifts from September:
- Tuesday: 3/3:30-6:30/7pm flexible finish times
- Friday: 3:45-6:45pm new shift
- Sunday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
Applicants do not need to be available for all shifts. We are happy to consider candidates who can commit to one or more sessions.
Additional daytime hours may become available. Please note that instructors must commit to at least one evening shift to be eligible for daytime work.
Essential Requirements
- Level 1 Swimming Teacher Qualification
- Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification
- NRASTC (or equivalent current lifesaving qualification)
- IOS Insurance
- Up-to-date Safeguarding CPD
- Right to work in the UK
