In this role you’ll deliver Total Facilities Management services within a corporate/office environment. This will include H&S, compliance, statutory, contractual and company regulations and process. You will also oversee hard and soft services, building/estate maintenance and service charges. As our facilities manager you will effectively lead a team to ensure our client receives a seamless and professional service.
As Facilities Manager you will ensure exemplary standards of customer service delivery. You will lead by example and ensure that team building, staff morale and fostering great relationships are at the forefront of everything you do.
Our Ideal candidate will need to have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound FM experience, ideally gained in a client lead environment.
- understanding of hard services is essential
- Excellent people management skills

- Able to deal effectively with change
- A sound understanding of safety, health and environment
- An innovative approach and always seeking to do things better
- The ability to make sound business focussed decisions
- Highly organised and able to deliver in a high pressure environment

- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- You will be required to undertake non-frontline security vetting for this role
You will already have extensive experience in property and facilities management gained within a commercial environment, coupled with a technical/hard/soft services background. It would be great if you have IWFM accreditation or hold similar FM qualifications, and hold IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications.
You will work Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) between 0800 and 1700, however you will need to be flexible to meet the requirements of the role.
