Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout your shift
- Ensure responsible serving by checking IDs and monitoring alcohol consumption in compliance with legal regulations
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including handling payments and giving correct change using basic math skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
- Restock supplies as needed, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages to keep the bar fully equipped
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments, with a strong focus on customer service and serving skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
