Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced happy hands on dynamic Restaurant Manageress to oversee daily operations within our busy establishment. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, fostering a happy positive work environment
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example
