Multi-Skilled Tradesperson
Based in Peterborough, specialising in insurance repairs and restorations, void maintenance and site supervision.
Duties will include:
The applying candidate will ideally be confident in the following areas:
- Carpentry
- Plastering
- Decorating
- Basic plumbing
- Tiling
- Flooring
- Bathroom installation
- Kitchen fitting
- General building works
All other associated tasks as directed by the site manager.
Candidate must have:
Own van and tools are a must. Fuel and materials will be provided.
A valid CSCS card and any other trade specific qualifications.
Valid Driving Licence and Insurance.
Previous experience on similar projects.
Must be able to work under own initiative and have a good degree of flexibility and be able to prioritise tasks.
Must be smart in appearance, communicative, work well within a team environment. Be able to deal with members of the public in a polite and helpful manner and able to work in an outdoor environment in various weather conditions. Must be a good timekeeper and understand the need to complete a project on time and to the high standards required.
Must be willing to travel (up to 1hr 30) to complete works.
