IGNITE YOUR CAREER IN CARE – JOIN OUR BRAND-NEW TEAM IN CENTRAL REDRUTH
Are you motivated, compassionate and ready to make a real impact every single day? We have created an incredible new service, and we are looking for passionate Support Workers to join our Pendennis House team, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs as they live vibrant and fulfilling lives.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a valued member of a completely new service in Redruth, where no two days are ever the same. You will be supporting individuals across a beautiful brand-new shared setting for seven people, plus a separate self-contained cottage. The service includes a fantastic on-site hub space where people socialise, hold themed events and build meaningful connections.
We believe the best care starts with great support for our staff. You will be guided, encouraged and mentored by a highly experienced and hands-on management team, including a hands on Director, a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager and Service Support Leads. They work throughout the service daily, providing coaching, visibility and genuine support whenever you need it—ensuring you never feel alone in your role and always have someone to learn from and grow with.
Whether someone wants to enjoy a theatre trip, explore nature, dance at a concert, shop locally, or relax with a movie night or pamper session, you will help empower them to shape their day exactly as they choose. With excellent transport links, independence, community engagement and fun are at the heart of everything we do.
Experience in care is welcomed but absolutely not essential. If you bring compassion, respect, positivity and a willingness to learn, we will provide comprehensive training and development to help you thrive.
