Responsibilities
- Perform professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and style requests
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and provide expert recommendations on hair styling and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Build strong rapport with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews
- Stay updated on the latest barbering trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative styles
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
- Communicate clearly with clients about their grooming options and aftercare instructions
Skills
- Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio of diverse styles and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds
- Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles, preferences, and grooming advice
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus but not required
