Electrician – Boiler Wire-Ups
£43,325 basic salary – OTE £54,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, plus rota weekends
We’re looking for a qualified Electrician to complete boiler wire-ups and associated electrical works across domestic properties.
You’ll work alongside heating engineers, wiring boilers, thermostats and heating controls while ensuring every installation is safe, compliant and completed to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing electrical wire-ups for boiler installations and replacements
- Wiring thermostats, programmers, zone valves and heating controls
- Carrying out testing, fault-finding and remedial electrical work
- Replacing faulty wiring, controls, sockets and electrical components
- Completing site-specific health and safety risk assessments
- Identifying and reporting unsafe or non-compliant installations
- Updating job tickets and certification using a PDA system
- Working closely with heating engineers, planners and residents
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, including AM2
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience wiring domestic boilers and heating controls
- Strong testing and fault-finding skills
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Clean DBS
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Positive and professional approach
