Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the facility.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Follow established protocols for cleaning products and equipment usage to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Experience in a hotel environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Good customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
