The Role
We are recruiting a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen brigade. The role is a full time position working 40 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7 including weekends and public holidays the Club closes for two weeks in August and two weeks at Christmas.

The Club
The Oxford and Cambridge Club is an exclusive private members Club with a Grade II*-listed Clubhouse in central London. The Club has 46 bedrooms, a fine dining restaurant, 3 banqueting suites, 2 bars, 2 squash courts, a billiards room and extensive libraries. The Club has nearly 5000 members.
The Person
We are looking for someone who is highly personable, passionate about delivering five star service and thrives in a busy working environment where no two shifts are ever the same. Applicants will need to demonstrate:
- Good attention to details
- High standard of food preparation
- Previous experience as Chef de Partie or similar Level
Main Duties
- Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
- Be responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared food
- Comply with all health and safety regulations

Only applicants eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit or visa should apply.
We have strict grooming standards that can be explained at interview or sent on request for example male staff must be clean shaven unless their is a religious or other reason , no visible tattoos and hair must be smart.
You should be able to present yourself in a professional and formal manner.
