Duties
- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using Node.js for server-side logic and Next.js for front-end development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
- Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs to facilitate efficient data exchange between client applications and servers.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across diverse systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices in software development and version control using GitHub and SVN.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability, security, and performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies such as AWS, Azure, Linux environments, and modern front-end frameworks to continuously enhance application capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full stack development with a strong focus on JavaScript, particularly Node.js and Next.js frameworks.
- Solid understanding of front-end development principles including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related libraries or frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub and SVN for collaborative code management.
- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Java, C#, C++, C, Ruby on Rails,.NET, VBA, Python, SQL (MySQL or other databases), and application development best practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS and Azure for deploying scalable applications.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles for effective system integration.
- Ability to work within Linux environments and utilize tools like Git for source code management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to software development tasks.
- Bonus qualifications include experience with application development in SQL databases, API security protocols, Linux server management, or familiarity with software like VBA or legacy systems.
