Scottish Removal Services are looking to recruit a Class 2 HGV driver/porter. Removal Experience isn’t essential but advantageous, full training can be provided on a 1-2-1 basis. We are looking for someone with a good work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude.
As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be essential in ensuring the timely and safe collection and delivery of customers goods across various locations. Reporting to the Manager, your role will encompass both driving and removals duties, working as part of the team. You will navigate efficiently and maintain high standards of safety and compliance. You will be a professional driver, representing the company contributing to our commitment to excellent service and reliability.
● You need to be physically fit in order to pack, carry, assist in loading/unloading the vehicle and dismantling/reassemblying furniture.
● Willing to work some nights away
● Polite and professional, reliable, flexible and able to talk with customers
Driving Requirements A category C ( Class 2 Driving license is required)
Starting rate Basic salary £ 38480( £18.50 per hour) gross per annum based on 40hr week,
Paid Weekly , Overnight subsistence, Opportunities for overtime.
