Job Overview
I am seeking person knowledgable and capable in all aspects of lawn care; a dedicated Lawn Care professional to take the ervice we provide forward despite uncertain weather. This role involves both hands-on maintenance work and planning to ensure high-quality landscape and garden care for our clients. My ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of lawn care from start to end, and the ability to plan strategy around seasons, but respond to unforseen changes. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors in some lovely local gardens and estates. a dynamic environment, contributing to the enhancement of residential and commercial landscapes.
Duties
- Conduct routine landscape maintenance including mowing and fertilising
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and specialised equipment such as irrigation systems
- Plan and schedule maintenance tasks based on client needs and seasonal requirements
- Perform minor repairs and mechanical maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Use knowledge of lawns and their problesm to advise clients on landscape improvements
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and plan future maintenance schedules
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in lawn maintenance and installation
- Mechanical knowledge related to garden lawn equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and operating lawn care equipment safely
- Strong organisational skills for planning maintenance schedules effectively
- Knowledge of related gardening practices and horticulture techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid clean driving licence is critical, must be insurable
- A proactive attitude with good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: £17.00-£19.00 per hour
