We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work on a three rotating shift pattern of 06.00-14.15 (early shift), 14.00-22.15 (late shift), 22.00-06.15 (night shift).
£14.21 per hour on early and late shifts
£15.21 per hour on night shift
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Logistics Supervisor in the day-to-day running of the company's logistics
- To ensure tasks are carried out in an accurate and timely manner
- To cover and support yard duties as required
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Assist in flow of materials (product, paperwork, equipment) within the Warehouse and Production function
- To minimise waste and maximise productivity
- Participate in training activities, CI activities and any other nominated project work
- Adherence and contribution towards departmental KPI's
- Complete any other reasonable task or requests made by your manager, supervisor or the Company
Essential Knowledge:
- Health and Safety
- Warehousing, Logistics & Storage Yard Operations
Essential Skills:
- Reach truck licence with minimum experience of two years is a must.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum experience of two years in Warehouse and Logistics environment
