Harmony Health is a nurse-led care company, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated Carers and Support Workers to join our team across Bedford, Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire.
We are looking for people who genuinely care about supporting others and who want to help young adults with neurodiverse needs live fulfilling, independent lives within their communities.
What will you be supporting with?
As part of our team, you may support our clients with:
Medication support
Cooking and meal preparation
Cleaning and maintaining their home
❤️ Personal care and daily living support
Food shopping
Attending appointments
Supporting activities, hobbies and community outings
Encouraging independence, confidence and wellbeing
