HIRING: Sushi CHEF – JAPANESE RESTAURANT
We are urgently seeking a Experienced Sushi Chef to join our busy, high-end Japanese restaurant.

- Cocoro Bloomsbury (25 Coptic St, London WC1A 1NT)
- Cocoro Highgate (232 Archway Road, London, N6 5AX)
- Cocoro Bayswater (45 Moscow Rd, London W2 4AH)
Requirement:
- 5 years experience in sushi chef
- Experience in Washoku (Japanese hot food)
- team members effectively (this is crucial)
- Solid knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Must be hands-on and lead by example
- Full-time: 5 days/week
