The Community Neuro Rehab Team is a multi disciplinary team consisting of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, psychologists and support workers. We have a small administration team who support or clinicians to provide quality assistance to patients with acquired Neurological Disorders within the Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin area.
As part of your application, you must provide a response to the following question in no more than 200 words: “What qualities must an administrator have when working with patients who have communication, memory or other cognitive difficulties?”
Your response will form part of the shortlisting process. Applications that do not include an answer to this question will be considered incomplete and will not be progressed further.
The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively and exhibit a professional telephone manner.
You will be required to undertake a variety of administrative duties including receiving and processing referrals, appointment bookings, and managing enquires from service users and healthcare professionals. The post holder will need to be highly organised and able to efficiently manage workloads. You will be friendly and approachable and have a positive attitude to work.
