Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Care Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate day-to-day administrative operations, support care teams, and ensure seamless communication between clients, families, and care staff. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help uphold our commitment to exceptional care delivery and operational excellence.
Duties
- Manage scheduling of care staff and coordinate appointments to meet client needs efficiently
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams via phone, email, and other channels
- Process documentation related to client care plans, service updates, and incident reports with precision
- Utilize medical terminology appropriately when handling health-related documentation or communications
- Organize and prioritize administrative tasks to ensure timely completion of all duties
- Support the onboarding of new staff by preparing necessary documentation and training materials
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience in a healthcare or social care setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided if needed
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Good IT skills with experience using various software systems for record keeping and communication
- Demonstrated time management skills ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- Customer service orientation with a compassionate approach toward clients and their families
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
