We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our organisation. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise team members to achieve departmental objectives, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale.
- Organise daily schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to foster professional development and improve service delivery.
- Manage merchandising activities, ensuring displays meet brand standards and optimise sales opportunities.
- Maintain excellent communication with staff and management, facilitating clear information flow across all levels.
- Oversee administrative duties such as reporting, stock management, and record keeping with organisational precision.
- Handle customer interactions professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members as required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or supervising roles within retail or sales environments.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is desirable.
- Proficient in time management and administrative tasks, including reporting and record keeping.
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity with a focus on customer service is preferred.
