Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours a Week), Term Time Only
Pay: £92.62–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella deductions) / approx. £463–£500 weekly
Job Description:
We are supporting a specialist SEND School in Coventry who are seeking a Communication Support Teaching Assistant to work with pupils who have speech, language and communication needs. The school provides a collaborative environment where staff work closely together to help pupils succeed.
You will support pupils during lessons, reinforce communication strategies and encourage participation in classroom activities while promoting independence and confidence.
Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND or communication needs is desirable
- Caring and patient approach
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Two recent and relevant references
- Right to work in the UK
