Overview
This role is eligible for fully remote work
How you'll make an impact
Provides leadership and direction for the GB Specialty Life Sciences Vertical, ensuring strong oversight of all vertical client relationships and claims handling functions.- Manages a team of highly skilled claims handlers and holds ultimate responsibility for their performance.
- Directly oversees the handling of the largest and most complex claims within the vertical.
- Approves personnel activities, including hiring, training and development, and the evaluation of staff performance.
- Serves as the face of the Life Sciences vertical, participating in conferences, authoring white papers and thought leadership articles, and speaking on industry panels.
- Conducts case reviews and evaluates claims staff through ongoing review of statistics, open/closed file evaluations, and substantive file reviews.
- Participates in key planning and strategic decision-making processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years related experience required.
