Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a busy food service environment. Duties
- Assisting with meal preparation and food assembly in accordance with health and safety standards
- Supporting the cooking process by preparing ingredients and maintaining kitchen stations
- Ensuring all food safety protocols are adhered to during food handling and storage
- Maintaining cleanliness of work surfaces, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Serving dishes to customers in a courteous and efficient manner when required
- Assisting with stock checks and replenishing supplies as needed
- Supporting the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant work, or food preparation is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices is advantageous
- Experience in meal preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations will be considered a strong asset
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary arts and customer service
