Female Community Care Assistant (Driver)
Location: South Gloucestershire (Yate, Frampton Cotterell, Winterbourne & Emersons Green)
Contract: Full-Time & Part-Time, Permanent
Salary: £13.50–£20.25 per hour

Key Requirements

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

About the Role
We're looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Female Community Care Assistants to join our growing team on either a full-time or part-time basis.
You'll support a small number of regular clients in the South Gloucestershire area, helping them remain independent in their own homes while building meaningful, long-term relationships. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in your local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing and medication prompts
- Offer companionship, emotional support and meaningful conversation
- Assist with meal preparation and light household duties
- Accompany clients to appointments, shopping and community activities
- Promote independence, dignity and confidence in everyday life
- Maintain accurate and respectful care records
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care at all times
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in domiciliary, residential or community care
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Good spoken and written English
- Flexible to work a mixture of mornings, evenings and alternate weekends
- Reliable, compassionate and professional approach to care
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Experience supporting individuals with personal care or complex needs
- Confidence promoting independence and delivering companionship-based care
