Responsibilities
- Perform DHI hair transplant procedures with precision, ensuring natural-looking results and patient satisfaction
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess individual needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on detailed scalp analysis and hair follicle assessment
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, sterilization standards, and clinical guidelines throughout all procedures
- Collaborate with medical staff and support teams to ensure seamless patient care before, during, and after surgery
- Keep detailed records of procedures, patient progress, and post-operative care instructions
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in hair restoration techniques and incorporate best practices into your work
Skills
- Experience in performing DHI hair transplants with a focus on precision and aesthetic outcomes
- Strong knowledge of scalp anatomy, hair follicle biology, and surgical instrumentation used in hair restoration
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally
- Familiarity with clinical research methodologies related to hair loss treatments and outcomes measurement
- Ability to interpret medical imaging for scalp analysis and treatment planning
- Knowledge of medication administration relevant to post-surgical care and pain management
- Experience working in a clinical setting such as a medical clinic or surgical center.
- Understanding of public health principles related to infection control and patient safety
