Aston Manor is the UK's second-largest cider producer and one of the country's leading beverage manufacturers. We're looking for a Process Operative to join our team in Tiverton and play a key role in producing the high-quality products that keep our business moving.

What you'll be doing
As a Process Operative, you'll help manufacture our cider and beverage products, ensuring they are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and monitoring fermentation processes.
- Operating filtration, carbonation and pasteurisation equipment.
- Loading and unloading bulk tanker deliveries.
- Transferring products between tanks and production areas.
- Carrying out cleaning and sanitation activities.
- Recording production information accurately using company systems.
- Supporting daily production targets.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety.

Previous experience in manufacturing, food and drink production, warehousing or a similar environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
The Role
This is a hands-on position involving a mix of indoor and outdoor work, with some physical duties including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods. Full training and PPE will be provided.
The role works a rotating 12-hour shift pattern covering days, nights and weekends, with overtime opportunities available during busy periods.
