We have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Front of House team The Owl in Kingsfold West Sussex. The Owl is a large traditional local, destination pub with outstanding food and service.

Work Location: In person
As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in the organising, planning and day to day operations of the pub. You will be expected to deputise for the General Manager when they are on their days off or on leave, and during these times you will have responsibility for all back of house and front of house operations and are the line of communication between frontline team members and senior management.
You will be expected to follow the General Managers best practices, lead by example by driving customer service excellence, and create a positive experience for all our customers. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, personable, and approachable and will pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a passion for the pub industry and previous experience in managing a Front of House team.
