Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Property Services Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing property-related administrative tasks, coordinating maintenance and service requests, and providing exceptional support to tenants and property managers. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with property management software. Responsibilities
- Manage and update property databases using relevant software systems.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with contractors and service providers, ensuring timely completion.
- Handle tenant enquiries via phone, email, or in person, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Assist with data entry tasks related to lease agreements, rent payments, and property records.
- Support administrative functions including filing, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants where appropriate, enhancing tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Organise property inspections and viewings and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette.
- Experience in upselling services or amenities is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous administrative experience within the property sector is advantageous but not essential.
