Office Junior – Full-Time
Location: Manchester
Job Type: Full time, Permanent – Subject to 6-month probationary period.
Salary: National Minimum Wage (age dependent in line with UK regulations)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

We are a well-established and friendly Independant Financial Advice company looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Office Junior to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career who wants to gain valuable office experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Answering and directing phone calls
· Managing emails and correspondence
· Filing, scanning, archiving and document management
· Data entry and maintaining records
· Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks

Requirements
Key Skills
· GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
· Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Good organisational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple tasks
