About Volaro
Performance marketing and creative for premium brands.
We help luxury brands and investment firms attract and convert high net worth clients, connecting them with high value customers across premium, capital led markets. Real estate, private assets, luxury and beyond.
We do this through paid media across Meta, Google and LinkedIn, funnel design and build, creative and content production, CRM and tracking, and conversion optimisation. Everything is measured on qualified leads and revenue.
We are a small senior team, we are growing quickly, and everyone here has a real say in how the business is built. We work a 32 hour week because we would rather people were sharp four days a week than average across five.
The role
You will own the marketing output we produce for our clients. Copy, creative, content and social, from brief through to delivery.
Day to day that means ad copy, landing pages, emails and social content across a portfolio of clients, most of them in investment and financial services, so working inside compliance rules is part of the job. Alongside that you will brief and manage creative with our designer and video editor, run client content calendars, and plan and attend photo and video shoots.
We use AI across our workflows and expect you to as well. What we care about is judgement. Knowing what good looks like, what to keep, what to rewrite, and what is simply wrong.
We are looking for a strategic doer. Someone who can take a brief and come back with a plan rather than a list of questions, and then go and execute it properly.
What you will be doing
- Writing conversion focused copy for ads, landing pages and email across multiple client accounts
- Adapting tone of voice across different client brands and audiences
- Working inside compliance approval workflows for regulated financial marketing, and implementing feedback accurately and quickly
- Briefing our designer and video editor, reviewing what comes back and giving clear, specific feedback
- Managing creative projects from brief through to final delivery, so nothing stalls halfway
- Building and running social content calendars for clients
- Planning client photo and video shoots, including shot lists, scripts and schedules, and attending shoots to make sure we come away with what we actually need
- Keeping monday.com accurate, so anyone can see the status of any piece of work without asking
- Some direct client contact where it is quicker than going through someone else
Who we are looking for
Alongside the experience set out below, this is what matters most to us.
- You write well, and you can explain why a piece of copy works rather than just feeling that it does
- You use AI properly. Draft with it, then edit, improve and fact check it. We can tell when copy has been generated and not read
- You are resourceful. When you hit a blocker you find a way round it and tell us afterwards
- You stay organised across a lot of moving pieces without needing to be chased
- You are comfortable on a shoot, telling people what you need and keeping the day on track
- You are quick. A brief that lands on Tuesday does not sit until Friday
Experience Essential
- Two or more years in an agency or in house marketing role, writing copy that was published and measured
- Strong, demonstrable copywriting across ads, landing pages or email
- Experience briefing and managing designers, video editors or other creatives
- Confident using AI tools as part of a writing workflow, including knowing where they get things wrong
- Able to run several accounts or projects at once without dropping things
- Comfortable with project management and communication tools. We use monday.com and Slack
Preferred, not essential
- Experience with regulated marketing, whether financial services, investment or property
- Experience planning or running photo and video shoots
- An understanding of paid social and performance marketing across Meta and Google
- Figma, and basic image or video editing
- Experience with email marketing platforms
Not required
- Line management experience
- Running or buying media yourself. You will learn how it works as you go
- Existing knowledge of the investment sector
Progression
We are building out our marketing function over the next year, and this role sits at the centre of it.
If you do the job well there is a clear route to Marketing Manager and ownership of what the function produces. We would always rather grow someone into a role than recruit over the top of them.
How we work
