Invincible Ltd is a fast-growing national Facilities Management and Construction company delivering planned and reactive maintenance to some of the UK's most recognised commercial clients. Our portfolio spans retail, social housing, education and commercial sectors, with clients including CITY FM, CBRE, Marks & Spencer, Places for People and Fortem.
As we continue to expand our national delivery network, we are looking for experienced, reliable and motivated Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters to join our growing self-employed contractor workforce.
The Role
Working as part of Invincible Ltd's field delivery team, you will attend sites across the Cambridge area to carry out kitchen and bathroom installation, refurbishment and repair works on behalf of our clients. You will be representing Invincible Ltd directly at client sites and are expected to maintain the highest standards of workmanship, professionalism and client communication at all times.
Works will be instructed via our scheduling team, with a consistent, growing volume of work available across the region.

What We Need From You
You will be a skilled, experienced kitchen and bathroom fitter who can be trusted to work independently on client sites to a high standard. Our ideal candidate will be:
Experienced in kitchen and bathroom fitting, including units, worktops, tiling, sanitaryware and associated finishing works.
Comfortable working in occupied residential and commercial properties where professionalism and minimal disruption are essential.
In possession of your own van and full set of hand tools, kept in good working order.
Confident working independently and managing your own worksite safely and efficiently.
Able to read and follow job instructions, complete digital job reports and capture photographic evidence on completion.
Punctual, reliable and presentable — you will be representing Invincible Ltd directly with our clients.
Willing to travel to jobs across the Cambridge area.

Essential Requirements
The following are mandatory requirements for all contractors engaged by Invincible Ltd. Applications without these cannot be progressed:
Valid UTR number and registered as self-employed with HMRC.
Proven experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard, with a recognised trade qualification where held.
Public Liability Insurance – minimum £2,000,000 cover. Evidence required via PQQ submission.
Full UK driving licence (clean or near-clean).
Own van and own tools – essential.
Smartphone capable of receiving and completing digital job reports and photograph uploads.

Day Rate
£200.00 per day (self-employed)
Payment
Weekly invoicing. Payment made one week in lieu on a rolling weekly basis.

Consistent volume of work available across the Cambridge area.
Client Base
You will be working across a range of residential and commercial sites — excellent experience for your CV and portfolio.
Support
Full scheduling and administrative support from the Invincible Ltd office team. You focus on the work — we handle the paperwork.
