We are expanding and need to recruit a property inventory clerk asap on a freelance / part time basis.
Previous experience essential. Please only apply of you have previous experience working as a property inventory clerk.
Someone that can work most Saturdays.
About the role
We are looking for an inventory clerk to complete inventories and checkouts based in South East London. This includes collecting keys from agents and releasing keys to tenants.
There may also be some work in other parts of London.
An excellent standard of written and spoken English is required.
Experience of using InventoryBase software is preferred but not essential as training can be provided.
The end of month and start of month are usually the busiest times.
The hours and days are flexible.
You will be paid per job completed, so the more jobs completed per day the more you will earn, potential to increase your income as needed. Pay rates are dependant on experience.
